Please note that only our Christmas sweaters with LED lights have a slightly slimmer fit than our other styles, as they include an inner lining that holds the wires and lights. For this reason, if you're between two sizes, we always recommend choosing the larger one.

No, our Ugly Christmas Sweaters are made of cotton, organic cotton or acrylic fibres. In any case, these materials cannot shrink after washing as long as you follow the washing instructions shown on the labels.

Yes, it is safe to wash Light Up Christmas Sweaters. Just unplug the battery pack before placing the sweater in the washing machine and follow the washing instructions on the labels.

It is not necessary to remove the wires of the lights from the inside of the jumper as they are waterproof.

Yes, the batteries can be replaced quickly and easily. The batteries the sweaters needs are 2 x 3V batteries of type CR2032.

We usually start these projects in January and February, since the entire process can take around 3 to 4 months from the first design sketches through to receiving the final order. For this reason, we recommend contacting us well in advance if you need the sweaters for the following Christmas season.

The process can start in one of two ways: you can send us a design you already have, or simply tell us about your idea. In the second case, our designers will create several initial concepts based on your instructions until we reach the final design.

Once the design has been approved, we’ll create a physical sample of the sweater and send it to you so you can review and approve it before production begins. Producing the sample usually takes around 3 to 4 weeks.

Once the sample has been approved, production of the full order will begin. This process can take around 3 months before the final order is shipped to the requested address. For this reason, we can only accept custom Christmas sweater projects from January through July.
