3.- Data storage

The User's data will be stored for the following periods:

  • The data used to contact the User to complete their order if they have saved their basket or have saved products in their basket without completing the payment process will be stored for 180 days.
  • The data pertaining to satisfaction and quality surveys will be stored for five (5) years.
  1. Data provided via the out-of-stock products forms will be processed until the User is notified that the product is back in stock and, if it does not come back in stock, for six (6) months.
  1. Data provided via the contact forms will be stored for the period necessary to process and respond to your request and, upon finalising it, for the prescription period of the legal actions that may result from said request.
