Holding out for the rest of the order. Review only up to now

The order was for two battery holders with batteries. So far the batteries arrived, and no holders. An email to the company generated a response that there was a good at the warehouse and it would be taken care of. To date, which probably IS NOT sufficient time for that to happen, I am waiting for the holders to arrive. When that happens, it would be a 5 star review as they would have resolved the problem. Things happen and when the problem(s) are resolved it shows the integrity of the company!
